How do I book a braider?+
Browse Discover or Smart Match, open a braider's profile, and tap Book Now to send an appointment request. The braider will accept, decline, or propose a new time.
How do I become a braider on CHB?+
Sign up and choose the Braider role. Complete your Braider Portal — bio, specialties, portfolio, and pricing — to appear in Discover.
How do payments work?+
CHB is a lead and discovery platform. Payment for services is arranged directly with your braider. Pro braider subscriptions are billed on the web.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, portfolio, messages, and requests.
How do I report a user or content?+
Email support@californiahairbraiders.app with the profile link and a short description. We review reports within 24 hours.
